Bioethanol and biodesel are the main types of agrofuels, derived from the fermentation by yeasts of feedstocks rich in sucrose(sugar-cane, sweet sorghum,molasses) or in starch( maize and other cereals,cassava),and from the esterification of vegetable oils9e.g. palm, rapesees,soybean and castor bean oils)or animals fats or used frying oil, respectively. Both liquid agrofuels are used for transport as mixtures with gasoline and diesel.
